The Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research Welcomes Tracy Thompson Warden and Russ Swank to the Board of Directors
We are thrilled to announce the addition of two remarkable individuals to our board of directors, Tracy Thompson Warden and Russ Swank, who bring a wealth of experience and dedication to our organization.
Tracy Thompson Warden
Tracy Thompson Warden, CEO and Owner of Health Haven Ventures LLC, is set to introduce the healing benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to the Pittsburgh market with new treatment centers launching in Fall 2024. With a robust background in healthcare administration, Tracy has served over 20 years as the Executive Director/CEO for Tri-State Orthopaedics, Tri-State Physical Therapy, and the Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations. Before her tenure at Tri-State, she was Vice President of Operations at UPMC, overseeing large-scale healthcare operations.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Planning Administration and Marketing, as well as a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Penn State University. Her current focus is on providing access to science-based restorative health programs, specifically through the introduction of hyperbaric medicine to the region. Health Haven is partnering with MD Hyperbaric to offer medical-grade Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to enhance mental, physical, and cellular health for all ages.
Tracy resides in the Fox Chapel area with her husband, Chuck, and son, Wes. We are excited to have Tracy's visionary leadership and healthcare expertise on our board.
Russ Swank
Russ has a distinguished career and an extensive background that spans several decades. A 1972 graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Russ served as an Officer in the United States Navy from 1972 to 1975. Following his military service, he joined Swank Construction Company, where he held various positions including Project Manager, President & Owner, and Trustee, from 1975 to present.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Russ has been deeply involved in non-business pursuits. He has served as the Past Board Chair at The Kiski School and as a Governor at Rolling Rock. His personal interests include supporting the Children's Hospital Oncology Department, Steelers football, cattle farming, and the Westmoreland Museum.
Married to Ellen for 52 years, Russ is a proud father of four children and grandfather of seven. His extensive experience in leadership, construction, and philanthropy will be invaluable to our board.
